The President, responding to mishandled information regarding terrorists targeting this country, has launched a congressional inquiry into the operations of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and that of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
The CIA had information regarding known terrorists targeting our country, but rather than utilizing the time tested excuse of "hot pursuit" they threw up their hands when the terrorists arrived in our country and passed the buck to the FBI. The FBI had information regarding known terrorists targeting our country, but when they realized that this information was in addition to that gathered illegally, they threw up their hands and discarded the whole package to exonerate the inappropriate activity.
The President recognizes the importance of "Intelligent Investigation", that sometimes involves jurisdictional freedom and random curiosity. The President may create a new version of "Martial Law" that allows the reins of privacy to be relaxed allowing the defense of our country to proceed. The President may recognize the importance of instant communication and become aware that protecting the lines of communication is essential not handy. The President may realize that the Internet is the answer to receiving a national consensus on issues, receiving warnings, concerns, or support from individuals with a validation of the source and a timestamp of each correspondence. The President may realize that the Internet backbone must be "bullet proofed" and each citizen of this country must be assigned an e-mail address and access to their own 20 GB website.
After the Congress looks into the failings of the CIA and FBI in this boomerang blame game, the new freedoms will be granted and the Internet will be surfed with conviction. The FBI may search on "terrorist" and find my website and issue the following statement:
The FBI has identified a terrorist organization that was paid by California to provide a federally mandated review of the child support guideline for the Judicial branch (Judicial Council) in San Francisco, and to "cook the books" for the Executive Branch (DCSS) of Los Angeles. This terrorist organization aspires to "Do socially useful work, have fun, and make money" while attempting to "create an environment where employees can take risks without being punished for mistakes". This terrorist organization boasts of targeting "49 states, Canada, Australia, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands" and we have asked the CIA to assist in this investigation. These "evil doers" have attempted to inflict "sociological warfare" on states by raising the child support guidelines through the roof and denying federal protection to employees paying child support. This diabolical plot will turn the President's new welfare reform into a weapon of mass destruction. Employees trying to pay child support will be "bumped" by employers who are encouraged to hire and give raises to TANF recipients. TANF recipients, who ended their marriage to reap the benefits of a generous state child support guideline, are being encouraged to get married again.
Information regarding this terrorist organization was communicated to the Ways and Means Committee on 7-4-01 in a submittal entitled "Family Law Design Review (FLDR)". Under the heading of "Level of Involvement" the committee was asked to "Identify Policy Studies Inc., 999 18th St, Denver, CO and anyone who listened to a word they said". The committee ignored this information and this issue may be pursued subsequent to this investigation.
The FBI has also identified a terrorist organization that has knowingly provided a false report of the interstate child support guidelines to the Ways and Means Committee. This terrorist organization is paid by the federal government to operate as the clearinghouse for Child Support Enforcement Statistics (CSE) in this country. The Institute of Family and Social Responsibility (FASR), operating under the Indiana State University at Bloomington, have rendered our legislators powerless to see the seamy underbelly of this threat to national security.
The FBI and the CIA must therefore ask the U.S House, Ways and Means Committee to consider problem identification, damage control, corrective action, and level of involvement in this matter. They must ask ‘What did we know, and when did we stop knowing it?’ and ‘What is last thing that we know is true?’
Charges include "Genocide" (USC 18 1091), "Conspiracy to deprive rights and privileges under the color of law" (USC 42 1985) and "Frauds and swindles" (USC 18 1341), targeting heterosexual taxpayers that dare to raise children in this country.
The President may come to realize that "You must remove the log from your own eye before you can remove the splinter from your brother’s eye" and "If people in glass houses throw stones, you have the right to throw them back."
